Beauties Building Homes (“BBH”) provides residential development planning, project coordination, and consulting services. Because services are customized and project-based, refunds are handled according to the terms outlined below.
Consultation Fees
If Beauties Building Homes offers paid consultations or advisory services, those fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
If a consultation must be canceled or rescheduled, requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Project Deposits
For development planning, project coordination, or advisory services that require a deposit:

Deposits are typically applied toward project services and are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Custom Project Agreements
All development or project management services are governed by separate written agreements or contracts between Beauties Building Homes and the client.

Service Changes or Cancellations
